Efficient Order Process
Our modern approach doesn’t stop at the sales stage. We often get complimented on our order process and it is something we have taken a great deal of time perfecting.
When you place an order we will provide you with an instant completion date which will be confirmed by SMS and email.Â
If you chose our installation service we will liaise with you or your builder to book an appropriate time to measure the apertures. We then pre-book installation based on the timescales involved in manufacturing your products (some products can take as little as 7 days to produce and more custom products can take up to 8 weeks). All of this is done at the time of order so you can relax knowing when your installation will take place. This is particularly helpful if you have a new build project and you are working to a schedule.
We have reminders and notifications that assist you during the whole process to help keep the order on track. Once the project has been measured we will send you a detailed order confirmation for you check and sign to eliminate any potential errors or misunderstandings.
